Price of services
As shown in our Quote and Statement of Work (SOW). Sample price ranges appear on the Services page. Prices are generally quoted excluding consumption tax unless otherwise stated.
Fees in addition to price
Bank transfer fees, consumption tax, shipping when physical items are shipped, travel/out-of-pocket expenses per quote, and any customs/clearance/insurance where applicable.
Payment methods and timing
Stripe card; domestic bank transfer. Card charges immediately; bank transfer is due by the due date on the invoice (typically within 14 days). Some projects may require a deposit/milestone per the Quote/SOW.
Provision / delivery timing
Per the Quote/SOW. Example: 3D prints ship or are handed over within ~3–5 business days after payment confirmation and data finalization. Consulting starts on the agreed start date.
Offer validity
Quotes are valid as stated (typically 30 days).
Quantity limits
By quote; capacity and lead times vary.
Returns / cancellations
For services, fees for work performed after commencement are non-refundable. Pre-start cancellations/rescheduling follow the Quote/SOW. For defective physical items (e.g., 3D prints), notify us within 7 days of receipt; we will replace/remake or refund. Return shipping for defects is borne by us; customer-convenience returns are not accepted.

販売価格（役務の対価）
見積書および SOW（Statement of Work）に記載（サービスの料金例は Services ページ参照）。表示金額は原則「税別」で、所定の消費税を加算します（見積書に準拠）。
商品代金以外の必要料金
銀行振込手数料、消費税、物品発送時の送料（必要な場合）、現地対応に伴う旅費・実費（見積書に記載）、関税・通関・配送保険等（該当する場合）。
支払方法

支払時期（役務提供前の前払等）
クレジットカード：即時決済。銀行振込：請求書記載の期日まで（通常は発行日から14日以内）。案件により着手金・中間金をお願いする場合があります（見積書／SOWに記載）。
役務の提供時期／商品の引渡時期
見積書／SOWに定めるスケジュールに従い提供開始。例：3Dプリントは入金確認・データ確定後、通常3–5営業日以内に出荷／引渡し。コンサルティングは合意した開始日に着手。
申込みの有効期限
見積書に記載（通常30日）。
販売数量の制限等
案件ごとに個別見積り。数量・納期は設備能力・時期により変動します。
返品・キャンセル／交換・返金
サービス提供開始後（着手後）の返金は、提供済み作業分についてはできません。提供開始前のキャンセル・日程変更は見積書／SOWの定めに従います。
物品（3Dプリント品等）の初期不良については、受領後7日以内にご連絡ください。状況確認のうえ、交換・再作製または返金にて対応します。初期不良の送料は当社負担。お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
