This policy explains how KG Worx GK (“we/us”) handles personal information under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
Collected data
• Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, company)
• Project details you provide for quotes/SOW
• Technical data (IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies)
• Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers
Purpose of use
• Responding to inquiries and providing quotes
• Performing contracts (delivery, billing, support)
• Website security and improvement
• Legal compliance and record-keeping
Sharing / outsourcing
• We use service providers (hosting, analytics, payments) under appropriate contracts

・見積／SOW作成のためにご提供いただく案件情報

・決済は Stripe が処理し、当社はカード番号等を保持しません
